The Quincy Sister City provides financial support for several adult and student exchanges between Quincy & Herford. The adult exchanges take place every other year and participants stay with host families. Student exchanges include Quincy Notre Dame High School, Quincy University Soccer, and Quincy University Choir.  Students from Widekindgymnasium of Enger, Germany also stay with host families here in Quincy.
